There are so many positive reasons to go veg, however I don’t think much of the facts in this short video are entirely accurate. Not that I don’t believe that there are so many people in the world living on so little and starving. If you ask me animal cruelty is probably a pretty good one as well. Factory farms are pretty much disgusting and I think a bane on the nation of America. However the whole global warming idea, with Al Gore’s help is entirely misinformed. Far to many scientists who speak out against the common idea of global warming are being ignored, blacklisted, run through the dirt and losing jobs, or in some extreme cases in foreign countries, imprisoned. Look up global carbon tax as HAARP or check out this site and read about it:

A carbon tax would tax everything in addition to what you already pay for taxes. From ipods to skateboards to cows, everything manufactured, transported, or needs food; and therefore emits some form “carbon footprint”. Not to mention that every car will be taxed on how big it is or how much you drive it, so don’t drive any suv on a road trip. It is a tyrannical form of tax to be sure. Check it:

Also see the open letter to the German Chancellor from more than 60 scientists.

Don’t get me wrong, I see vegetarian and vegan lifestyles as a positive life choice that challenges the norm and asks more of people than just sheer complacency, however I cannot get behind the global warming argument. I however do agree with helping those who’s countries have been taken over by war and famine, and that I can surely agree with.
